2010

In 2010 the company patented own developments in construction of doors: universal opening and a universal insert in the lock. These advantages allow to make the interroom doors completely ready to installation.

2006

In September, 2006 the new production division expected production in addition of 20,000 sets in a month of doors of economy class was brought into operation.

The quality control system acts on all stages of work of the enterprise: since the choice of the supplier and finishing with delivery of a finished product to the end consumer. All produktion-KD is certified in the system of Gosstandart of Russia and there corresponds GOST 6629-88 and also to the European regulations of security and ecology.

The major factor allowing the company to conform to the international standards of quality are the skilled staff of the company. Experienced specialists are involved in production processes and product sales, study consumer demand and test new models of doors.

2000-2003

During 2000-2003 at factory full-scale technical retrofitting is carried out, transition to technologies and the equipment of class "A" is performed. Now 3/4 applied production lines on production of interroom doors have issue date, not earlier than 2000. In a number of lines the innovative technologies which do not have analogs in Russia are used. In particular, method of vacuum hardening and priming by light-cured polymers of a surface of a natural interline interval.

The developed infrastructure and existence of auxiliary productions minimize dependence on external suppliers. For example, self-produced availability of decorative glass and glued plywood not simply protects from the high level of instability in this sector, but also gives the chance of the company to offer buyers door sets with the finished design.

Monthly at factory 35 thousand door blocks in complete price assortment are produced, from "house-keeper" of a class to the class "premium" with different types of finishing including it is closed by porous finishing of silky gloss (the most difficult and expensive).

1993: Creation of the company

The Krasnoderevshchik company is founded in 1993, is the leader of the Russian market of doors and represents group of companies, located in Chelyabinsk region in the territory of 36,100 sq.m. With the production volume capacity of 720,000 door blocks a year: from the most inexpensive with an artificial covering to elite, revetted with a natural interline interval. Products of KD are provided in 60 regions of Russia and the CIS by a wide lineup of interroom and special doors (sound-proof, fire-prevention, anti-vandal, glass, doors according to individual requirements).
