Content

On June 8, 2016 it became known of automation of the Belarusian retail network LC Waikiki with the help of the software solution "1C: Retail 8". Integrator in the project company ODO "YUKOLA-INFO" ODO "Yukola-Info"[1].

Project Tasks

In 2013 LC Waikiki began creation of retail chain stores in Belarus. The decision was made - to automate again opening shops using the 1C: Retail 8 system which LC Waikiki uses for management of the outlets in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. As the partner in implementation the YuKOLA-INFO company was selected.

Project Results

From May, 2014 to January, 2016 using "1C: Retail 8 for Belarus" are automated and started in work of 10 shops of the company.

A system provided effective management of the Belarusian retail network LC Waikiki:

  • Work of personnel at goods acceptance is optimized. A system most simply helps to verify and quickly supplier orders with an actual receipt of goods, quickly to make out acts of discrepancy. It accelerates acceptance of goods in shops and simplifies a supplier return of the rejected or mistakenly arrived goods.
  • Effective work of personnel of shops at a design of sales is organized. On weekdays each Belarusian shop LC Waikiki, on average, services up to 150 buyers, in the day off their quantity grows to 600 people, average goods quantity in the check 2-3 units. To make out quick sales and to prevent emergence of queues at the checkout jobs of cashiers are equipped with fiscal registrars, terminals for carrying out bank card payment, scanners of barcodes, displays of the buyer. It provides operational and comfortable service of buyers even during the periods of the greatest attendance of outlets.
  • A system allows to analyze in details the sales demand as on outlets, and separate positions of goods. On the basis of these data managers reveal popular and not really demanded goods and rationally manage the range of each shop. It helps the company to satisfy as much as possible needs of buyers and to increase sales volumes of tradables.
  • In the 1C: Retail 8 system reports on checks of each shop automatically form: average, on days of the week, on purchase time, on discount cards. Such statistic reports allow to manage effectively work of outlets – to optimize the number of the working cash desks and the number of employees which should be in a trading floor in certain time.
  • Integration of a system into the program installed at the Turkish office of LC Waikiki company allows the management to obtain in real time information financial performance – a gross profit, expenses and revenues of each shop. It helps to assess precisely the current situation and to create objective forecasts for the future.
