On June 9, 2016 the press service of Touch Bank announced development and deployment of IT architecture and a number of solutions on business process automation in structure of bank, design of a business model of retail online bank of the European financial group OTP Group. Integrator in the complex project Neoflex company.
Project Results
Within the project considerable amount of works, connected with business process automation of issue, service of the credits and deposits, processes of management of arrears and also strategy implementation of decision-making on primary sale and additional sale of products of bank is executed.
The complex project of Neoflex for Touch Bank integrated in itself implementing solution for automation of work with the credit requests Neoflex FrontOffice on the IBM BPM platform and development of strategy of decision-making based on the product FICO Blaze Advisor.
Besides, during the course of performance the project the Neoflex company integrated the CRM system, the core banking system, the data warehouse, the RBS system and processing into a common information space on the IBM Integration Bus platform.
In an integration part of the project the command of Neoflex started more than 200 business services, automating processing of the credit request and work with arrears.
Cooperation with Neoflex company in design of an IT landscape allowed us to create a reliable basis for development of the innovative banking technologies and products which should provide strategic competitive advantages of Touch Bank in quickly changing market of financial services in Russia. |
For Neoflex company this project became unique on extent of influence of the IT landscape of bank built by us on its business model. Implementation of such projects demands from the company of speed and at the same time the accuracy of the made decisions. Using our solution the bank processed already more than 200 thousand requests from potential clients and every month the flow of requests constantly increases. On a combination of parameters of performance of the created IT infrastructure and speed of its actual start the project has not equal. |
