In the Victoria international business center (IBC) located in a historical part of Vyborg the implementation project of an end-to-end information system in which all business processes of the front office, management of sales points are implemented is complete, accounting, tax and operational accounting is automated. The business center includes hotel on 60 numbers, business center of class "A" with a total area of 3000 sq.m, five conference rooms, a lobby bar, two restaurants, the banquet room, conference bar.

The decision on automation of a complex was made at a construction stage. The general contractor of the project which became West Concept company (file) offered the following systems for automation: OPERA Express PMS from HRS as a front office system, the solution of Tillypad company for automation of sales points and industry solution ВесòKoнцепт|Отель&SPA, developed based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the back office system integrating and processing financial data of the front office systems.

As subcontractors specialists of HRS and Tillypad companies for implementation of the systems were attracted. Such business processes of the front office as acceptance and placement, armoring and reservation of numbers were as a result automated and also automation of accounting of implementation in sales points is made. Besides, integration with the different systems of the front office, including with a specialized hotel telephone system, the system of authorization of credit cards, the system of tariffing of phone calls, the system of electronic door locks and with a fiscal registrar was made.

Automation of accounting, tax, operational and management accounting was made based on industry solution from the general contractor. Implementation of this system allowed to keep account of purchases, sales, money, the movement of goods, fixed assets, the salary of personnel, calculation of production of a public catering and also formation of procedural, tax and financial statements.

For receiving a common information space integration of all implemented systems was implemented.
