History
2014
Insurance fees of JSC NSK at the end of 2013 exceeded 11.4 billion tenges, insurance payments reached 3.11 billion tenges. Accounting and settlement process of insurance payments through Head office of the Company is centralized. The company paid more than 124 million tenges to Frontier service of KNB RK upon air crash of An-72.
2013
In April the international agency S&P confirmed long-term credit rating of the partner and the long-term rating of financial stability "In" and raised the forecast about Stable for Positive. In June the Kazakhstan agency "RAEX Kazakhstan" increased from level A to A+ (Very high level) the rating of reliability of JSC NSK.
2012
In March the international agency S&P assigned long-term credit rating of the partner and the long-term rating of financial stability "In +" / the forecast "stable" and "And" / the forecast "stable" respectively. The RAEX rating agency assigned to JSC NSK score of reliability at the level "A". For the first time in the history of the company collecting of insurance premiums at the end of year was exceeded by 10 billion tenges. Insurance payments made 2.4 billion tenges.
2011
The procedure of obtaining the international financial rating from Standard&Poor’s is begun.
2010
The company is included in the list of 100 largest companies of the country according to rating "the Expert 100 Kazakhstan" the Ekspert Kazakhstan magazine.
2009
In July it is open own medical assistans, including medical coordinators and family doctors. Work of the round-the-clock dispatching service is implemented.
2008
In February the duration of the agreement of obligatory insurance with a covering of 20 million US dollars on a case of approach of catastrophic risks is extended. In September the certificate of conformity to a quality management system and requirements of CT PK 9001-2009 is received. Since then the company annually undergoes substantive audit and confirms compliance to this high standard. The company insured more than 600 Kazakhstan fans at the Summer XXIX Olympic Games in Beijing.
2007
The corporate style of the company is updated. In the most mass segment of compulsory insurance of GPO of the car owner the new format of work is implemented: "A fair insurance - direct payment".
2006
In May the call center is open. In November the automated system of the statement of insurance policies is implemented.
2005
In January the Company is recognized the second year in a row the winner among insurance companies at the tender "Automobile Service". In February the Customer service center is open for operational decision making on payments to individuals. In May for the purpose of execution of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Company was re-registered from a form of business of joint stock company in the autonomous area. In September authorized capital is increased twice, and thus is brought to the size in 1.5 billion tenges.
2004
In January the Company won first place among insurance companies in the tender "Automobile Service". In May the Center of training is open. NSK of one of the first insurance companies in the market begins to prepare independently and professionally certified insurance agents.
2003
In October the company for the third time became the winner of competition of goods and services "The choice of year" in the "Insurance Company No. 1 in Kazakhstan" nomination. In November shareholders increased authorized capital to 750 million tenges. In December the obligatory agreement of reinsurance of property risks based on a loss excess is signed with covering capacity on one risk in 10 million US dollars. Since November is a fund participant of guaranteeing insurance payments.
2002
The company became the winner of competition "The national choice of Kazakhstan". The volume of collected awards of the Company at the end of year exceeded 4 billion tenges. The branch in the city of Aktau is open.
2001
In October the amount of authorized capital to 125 million tenges was increased. At the end of year of JSC NSK became the winner in the "Insurance Company No. 1 in Kazakhstan" nomination of the tender "Choice of Year" again. The volume of awards at the end of year exceeded 1.2 billion tenges. The license for implementation of an insurance activity on obligatory and voluntary classes of insurance is obtained.
2000
The volume of collected awards of the company at the end of year exceeded 1 billion tenges. "NSK" became the winner in the "Insurance Company No. 1 in Kazakhstan" nomination of the tender "Choice of Year".
1998
In August the company signed the agreement of obligatory liability reinsurance and property with the foreign reinsurance companies with mediation of an insurance broker of Marsh Ltd. The representation in the city of Kyzylorda is open.
1997
On July 28 after entry into a shareholding structure, representing the oil and gas and financial industries of Kazakhstan, the Company, being a legal successor of Astykinstrakh Insurance Company LLP, it was reorganized and went a re-registration to JSC Oil Insurance Company. Branches in the cities of Almaty, Atyrau, Aktobe, Zhezkazgan, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Karaganda, Semipalatinsk, Uralsk, Shymkent, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Taraz, Taldykorgan are open.
1996: Creation of the company
On April 10 in judicial authorities Astykinstrakh Insurance Company LLP created by the largest exporters of grain is registered. Branches in the cities of Kostanay, Kokshetau are open.
