In 2016 the group of Lamoda online stores completed the complex project on the implementing solution HelpDeskEddy. When choosing the platform important factors became: high-speed performance of a system at heavy loads, flexibility of setup of a system, functionality and ease of use for operators.

'In April, 2016 we implemented a new system based on the HelpDeskEddy platform - creation of the uniform portal for communication with clients and partners of the company thanks to what more than 600 operators on a centralized basis process requests of clients. A system allowed to increase considerably efficiency, to accelerate processing of client requests. Separately it would be desirable to note professionalism of the HelpDeskEddy command, efficiency not only at a stage of implementation of a system, but also in the course of support, aiming at result.
