Targin announced transition to SAP S/4HANA

On June 17, 2016 SAP CIS and the Russian oilfield services company "Targin" announced start of the project on implementation of S/4 HANA on PIEF-2016. This first implementation of the advanced platform of new generation of SAP in the oilfield services companies of the CIS.

Project objective is support of business transformation of the enterprises of Targin group and increase in their operational efficiency, i.e. quality improvement of the made services at simultaneous cost reduction. The enterprises "Targin Bureniye", "Targin KRS", "Targin Logistika", "Targin Mekhanoservice" are a part of oilfield service holding in addition to management company.

At the first stage of the project implementation of wide functionality of solutions is planned: management of productive activity, maintenance and repairs, logistics of the primary and repair activity, planning and cost accounting, budgeting, treasury, accounting, tax accounting, personnel management, transport, sale (sales), industrial security and labor protection. The beginning of productive operation is planned for July, 2017. For project implementation the new software version of SAP S/4 HANA, the solution on budgeting to SAP BPC, a business intelligence — SAP BI, on vendor relationship management — SAP SRM, transportation — SAP TM and personnel — SAP HCM will be used.
