The Raduzhninsky polytechnical college installed the biometric ACS

On June 14, 2016 it became known of installation of biometric checkpoints in Polytechnical college of the city the Iridescent Khanty of the Mansi autonomous area. Installation and tuning of the equipment were performed by InTime company.

Project Tasks

The main objective of the project - to ensure safety of pupils. Reliable identification on fingerprints helps to protect students and teachers from unwanted visitors. In addition, it accustoms future specialists to observance of labor discipline, helping to keep account of attendance of occupations by pupils.

Installation of electronic checkpoints, for the authorities of the district is a correction of mistakes. Incidents with uninvited guests who on the territory of school were passed by protection are available.

The compact biometric terminal integrated into a tourniquet helps to avoid such situations.

Project Progress

Anviz M5 terminals are installed in the territory of college. They are anti-vandal, have sensors of opening of the body and can work in a standalone mode. Devices are intended for work at temperatures of the external environment. The choice of a set of the equipment is caused by high requirements of the customer for reliability and security for schools through passage and other educational institutions.

Electronic checkpoints are set in two academic buildings of college. Daily 450 students and 63 employees use them. Here reliability and speed of work of a biometric system is important.

Scanning takes no more than several seconds. For convenience of employees at whom identification on fingerprints, for example, of technicians is complicated the terminal contains the integrated reader of proximity cards. After identification he gives a command for opening of a tourniquet, fixes time of an event (arrival/leaving) and transfers the acquired information to the server of a time recording and access control. If necessary parents and teachers can always check when the pupil came to occupations and when left college that simplifies educational work.
