S-Finance

S-Finance is the automated control system for class ERP finance.

S-Finance is effective for management of geographically distributed, array structures. Inclusion in a financial structure of additional business units and the business directions does not require programming as it is made by simple editing reference books and setup of access rights.

With software implementation the enterprise purchases a number of particular advantages:

• creation of a common information space transparent for all users;
• efficiency of obtaining necessary information;
• ample opportunities of the analysis and control of collected data;
• the active warning system about deviations;
• decrease in labor costs of specialists on search and information processing.

S-Finance allows to organize in a common information space:

• uniform planning of the income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget)
• the budget of cash flow (BCF) with the flexible system of approvals;
• management of payments in the mode of automatic comparison to plans;
• classification of the entering cash flow and its automatic distribution by a financial structure of S-Finance;
• obtaining reports of BDDS, BDR, in any cuts in the mode "online" (under the articles, across the CFD-TsFU (places of emergence of costs and income), on target reserves of money, on accounts in banks and a Qassam);

obtaining the balance statement for any date, an opportunity to see the balance estimation calculated on the basis of planned targets.

Main features

• Possibility of joining with the majority of the systems of production and commodity accounting for automatic import of financial data about the main (operating room) activity, direct binding of units of a financial structure (the center of financial accounting (CFA), documents) S-Finance with accounting items of external systems.
• The organization of target reserves of money (account balances of internal divisions), in addition to the classical scheme of a financial structure. It allows to provide automatically accomplishment of the general rules (standards) with all components of the enterprise.
• Uniform financial structure (the center of the financial responsibility (CFR) - TsFU, a target reserve) and management of payments on a great number of legal entities, checking accounts, cash desks.
• Distributed system of decision making about cash flow and control of payments on a uniform financial structure of S-Finance (a target reserve, heads of TsFU, the CFD, plans of the budget of cash flow (BCF), the income and expenditure budget (income and expense budget), treasurer execution).
• Possibility of use of alternative (user) qualifiers and receiving on their basis of the user reports in a format of crosstables.
• Process of detailed planning is performed from below up, on the basis of a task for planning on the keyword parameters lowered on hierarchy of management.
• Budgets are available to the analysis and control "online", after an institution of any planned operation on all structure: the center of planning (CP) — the center of a statement (CS), the center of monitoring (CM).
