Prof-IT Ventures implements the project of SCOROCODE using IaaS in a cloud of IT-Grad

^[1], specializing in software development (from mobile applications to the departmental systems), signed the agreement on long-term partnership with the supplier of cloud services of IT-Grad. Within the established relations of IT-GRAD provides computing powers on the IaaS model for implementation of a cloud service of Scorocode.

Scorocode represents the cloud backend-platform for mobile, web and desktops-applications. The idea was born at the beginning of 2015 after market research and innovations. The company selected the direction of development of BaaS (backend as a service) of the platform. Closing popular among developers mobile (and not only) applications of Parse.com service and receiving investments in the amount of 19 million rubles became a reason for start of new service. News about closing of Parse.com led to the fact that more than 40,000 developers began to look for alternatives for migration. The Scorocode platform in which convenient and fast migration of applications with Parse.com in several clicks is available became full replacement.

Project Tasks

The company was faced by a task to find the long-term partner, hosting provider capable to provide the guaranteed fault tolerance of a cloud platform and safe data storage in the territory of Russia. At the same time the strategic objective of PROF-IT VENTURES includes the subsequent development of the platform and ensuring support of all lifecycle of application development — from rapid development of backend before prototyping and development of frontend-applications of any scale.

Project Steps

Search of the strategic partner, implementation of a cloud platform based on computing powers of the supplier of IaaS-services and a product output to the market — the main stages of the project. From a cloud of IT-GRAD of Scorocode provides a ready set of the services and server functionality reducing time of application development and facilitating to the developer the solution of routine tasks:

• Registration, authorization, recovery of the password and preserving of these users.
• Modeling and data management: creation of collections, adding of documents and access control to data.
• Connection of PUSH-, email and SMS notifications.
• Data storage security.
• Transparent analytics of load of applications.
• Possibility of joint application programming.
• The editor of the JavaScript-code for implementation of unique functionality of applications.
• Detailed documentation of IOS SDK, Android SDK, JavaScript SDK and the training examples in Russian.
