The center of training of astronauts of Yu.A. Gagarin purchased the equipment for digitization of documents

On June 15, 2016 ELAR corporation announced a set of the equipment for digitization of documents delivery to the Research test center of training of astronauts of Yu.A. Gagarin: complex of planetary scanning and processing of ELARSKAN A2-400 and stream Canon DR-M140 scanner.

Documentation on research and development will be transferred to an electronic form on ELARSKAN of A2-400 that will allow to increase efficiency rate of its use and to ensure safety. According to Samarin, technical characteristics of ELARSKAN of A2-400 were the most optimal solution for digitization of documents on research and Research and Development. In particular, to transfer densely sewed documents which are difficult for opening to a digital form the scanner is equipped with V-shaped clamping glass. For high-quality scanning of the sheets unrolled after long storage the flat clamping glass smoothing crumpled documents is used. Presence of side lighters also became for organization important criterion at equipment selection: thanks to them it is possible to avoid flares on a digital image. The stream module delivered together with ELARSKAN of A2-400 allows to transfer to an electronic form up to 6 thousand pages of the embroidered documents during change.

ELARSKAN A2 is very demanded now by the different organizations for scanning of the sewed and embroidered materials: filings of documents, drawings, cripples, albums, books. ELARSKAN A2-400 and the stream module for the embroidered documents of the brand of Canon are a complex in which all functions for fast and high-quality digitization of materials and their further processing are implemented. The information resource received as a result is ready to use without any additional transactions. The resulting PDF file with the recognizable substrate, de facto, becomes the standard of information representation. Complex performance for one change can reach 2 thousand images for the sewed documents and 6 thousand images for embroidered.
