The product "Elit-Kollcentre" is the independent module performing bilateral data exchange between programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 family and a communication framework of "Oktell" (development of Telefonnye Sistemy LLC).
Features and program capabilities:
- the subscriber's call by means of the Oktell program directly from the 1C:Enterprise 8 interface;
- automatic routing of incoming calls on the basis of data from 1C:Enterprise 8 base;
- accounting of the entering and outgoing calls on each contact person from the reference book by partners;
