Lad: Business Management

The product "LAD: Business Management is a fully functional financial planning, treasury and management accounting solution for companies, holding structures, groups of companies, created on the platform". "1C:Enterprise 8.3

Functionality allows you to automate in a single system:

• Cash Flow Management (Treasury);
• Consolidated Statements;
• Contract Management;
• Business processes and tasks;
• IFRS

"Budgeting" subsystem is intended for:

• creation and coordination of budgets in electronic form: MDD, CDD, BBL;
• actual analysis plan for budget items, Central Federal District and other analysts;
• obtaining data from external accounting systems on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

The Treasury subsystem is intended for:

• electronic payment approval;
• prompt preparation of the payment calendar, the register of payments;
• maintaining a centralized treasury;
• automatic generation of payment documents according to the terms of settlement of contracts.

The Contract Management subsystem is designed to:

• centralization of the management base of counterparty contracts;
• automation of the process of creation and approval of contracts in electronic form;
• Plan for the actual analysis of the fulfillment of the terms of contracts.

The Consolidated Reporting subsystem is designed to:

• consolidation of the perimeter statements taking into account the shares of the holdings;
• automatic reconciliation and settlement of transactions and balances on accounting accounts of intra-group transactions.

The Business Processes and Tasks subsystem is designed to:

• flexibly configurable electronic approval of documents and contracts;
• creation of work tasks, orders.

The IFRS subsystem is designed to:

• reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets.

The "Supervisor Monitor" subsystem is intended for:

• prompt receipt of the necessary information in the form of reports and diagrams.

The "Mobile Application" subsystem is intended for:

• access to the data of the "LAD: UB" system from an Android and iOS mobile device, via the Internet;
• approval of documents;
• generation of reports, diagrams, graphs.

"Protection system" subsystem is intended for:

• restrictions of subsystems availability depending on the license parameters;

protection of parts of the program code. The configuration is secure and contains code fragments that cannot be changed by the user, and is protected against unauthorized use.

The software product is available in four main delivery packages:

• LAD: KORP Business Management - a full-fledged version of the solution, includes the following blocks: Budgeting, Treasury, Contract Management, Business Processes and Tasks, Consolidated Statements, IFRS;
• LAD: PROF Business Management - includes the following blocks: Treasury, Budgeting, Business Processes and Tasks, Contract Management;
• "LAD: Business Management Standard (Budgeting)" - includes the blocks: "Budgeting," "Business Processes and Tasks," "Contract Management";
• LAD: Business Management Standard (Treasury) - includes the blocks: "Treasury," "Business Processes and Tasks," "Contract Management."
