The factory of Formika overalls uses BioTime for control of personnel

The BioLink Solutions company reported in June, 2016 that the factory of Formika overalls updated a biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime. BioTime was implemented in Formika two years ago with the purpose to automate a time recording and control of attendance by employees of the jobs.

For work and leaving from it employees note arrival, concerning the optical fingerprint scanner BioLink U-Match; biometric identifiers are unique for each person, and the employee feels the personal responsibility for observance of employment policies and procedures of day. Not images of fingerprints, but their digital models are stored in a biometric system of accounting of working time, conversion of model to the image is impossible.

On the basis of data on arrivals and goings various reports automatically form. 17 ready reports are included in the delivery of BioTime; in Formika the special popularity was received by the report according to the statistics of visits: the accounting confident in reliability and accuracy of a biometric time recording uses it. Also project managers for the purpose of effective management of personnel actively address opportunities of reports: they at any time have up-to-date information on attendance of employees and their existence in workplaces.

Transition to the new version of BioTime will help to consolidate progress and even more to increase practical return from application of a biometric time recording. At the disposal of managers of Formika functions of automatic mailing of reports on e-mail and SMS mailings about delay will be provided. Also integration of BioTime into the 1C Platform and other solutions used at factory of overalls is planned.
