On May 16, 2019 the CROC company announced transfer of four plants of Lokotech Group on operational production management using the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system. Problems of planning and operational management on a number of production sites are as a result standardized and automated. As of May, 2019 in a system more than 4000 employees work and monthly about 120 thousand documents form. In total 3000 jobs are automated. Implementation continues at three plants, its replication is also planned for service locomotive depots "Lokotech".
The project is executed within the signed agreement on cooperation "Lokotech" and 1C Company which provides expansion of use in group of the unified information system based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" for the purposes of comprehensive production planning and management of lifecycle of the locomotive.
The system of the operational production management (OPM) integrated accounting and production circuits of all plants. The Competence Center on development of industrial automation based on task force of the advanced plant in Ulan-Ude is created. The main production services are design-technology departments and production workshops, work in a common information space. Uniform mechanisms of control help to obtain quickly information on product cost and the used resources on production.
Due to the wide geography and the three-shift working schedule, access to a system is possible in mode 24х7. It is integrated with the systems of the electronic passport of production (the system of visualization of production process), financial accounting, personnel management, NSI (normative reference information) and other adjacent subsystems. In management of activity of the enterprises the general regulatory base and data of group is used. Using IT-sistemy management of the enterprises receives a transparent picture on material and to labor costs with tracking of production indicators of all plants.
"Our main objective – permanent increase in production efficiency and decrease in cost value due to management of materials consumption, rhythm and quality. For implementation of this task it is necessary to increase transparency and accuracy of planning. The OUP system helped to automate control of material resources at all production phases, to control accomplishment of the production program in real time. It is extremely important considering our specifics, the need for material and labor resources is defined during repair of the locomotive. A system also allows to compare and analyze performance indicators of the enterprises, providing an opportunity to reveal and extend the best work practice". |
"Any ERP system requires a large number of data for correct work, but there is always not enough time for collecting and preparation. System implementation without stopping of production was one of the main difficulties in the project progress. Many specialists of the company – from masters of workshops to directors of the plants took part in creation of a system. Thanks to joint work it was succeeded not only to solve functional problems, but also to make a system convenient for all its users". |
