2018: Acquiring service of retail network

On June 19, 2018 the VTB company announced the beginning of acquiring service of retail network of home appliances and electronics of M.Video across all territory of Russia. Until the end of the year turnover on this project can reach 60 billion rubles.

VTB accepted on service of all 427 shops of network M.Video. Are available to clients including contactless payment methods, including systems Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. In addition to outlets, the bank provides acceptance of cards and on the official site of M.Video. Cards of international payment systems and also the World cards are for payment accepted.

According to VTB, based on 2017 the bank increased turnover on acquiring in Russia for 40% - to 1.4 trillion rubles.

2016: Support of SAP solutions

In the summer of 2016 IBS started support of SAP solutions for the staff of retail network "M.Video". Functional user support will be performed by forces of the Service center IBS for support of business applications.

The M.Video company uses functionality of SAP solutions for ensuring daily transactions of retail chain stores. Own command is engaged in maintenance of a system, however for the purpose of optimization of IT costs and increase in flexibility of work of IT service the company made the decision to attract the specialized company outsourcer to support of a part of functionality of a system.

Within the signed contract the IBS company will perform user support of the management system for non-commercial purchases implemented based on SAP products.

Users of a system are a staff of the central office and the shops located in all territory of Russia – warehouse workers, accountants, logisticians. Specialists of IBS integrated SAP with a computer and telephone network of two companies and also with the M.Video Service Desk system. Thanks to it the appeal to the Service center IBS for the staff of M.Video looks the same as the appeal to own support service, and happens by internal phone numbers and the addresses. Now transfer of a system on maintenance is complete and user support in the normal mode is started. Figures of merit of the service provided to IBS are recorded in the detailed agreement on the service level (SLA).
