"Intersection" SUO in the distribution center implemented Altufyevo

On June 20, 2016 the Technologies of the Future company announced installation of an electronic queue of Neuroniq in the distribution center (DC) "Yuniveg-2" of Perekrestok trading house.

Project Results

The management system for queue of Neuroniq provides control of key points of stay of transport in the territory of RTs - from registration before departure.

Data of the driver are fixed at issue of the coupon on entrance to the terminal and are available to users of a system. Information output on the LCD monitor helps drivers to monitor the status of the car without the need for the address to employees of a warehouse.

Work of personnel with an electronic queue is organized so that to avoid additional loading with the advent of this functionality. Employees do not perform any operations in the program, all changes of the statuses are made by simple scanning of a barcode.

The management of RTs obtains the complete information about events in a warehouse, both from reports, and through the dynamic monitoring reflecting a situation in real time. With implementation of an electronic queue there was an opportunity to control the machines which "hung up" on RTs, to consider the processing speed of documents, to keep the list of names of drivers, to control time expenditure on transaction, etc. Work of a warehouse became more transparent and managed.

Project Development

On August 8, 2016 the company "Technologies of the Future" announced SUO Neuroniq Altufyevo of trading house installation in the distribution center "Intersection".

The diagram of acceptance of the expected transport of suppliers for the next day, in a binding to specific orders is loaded into an electronic queue. It gives the chance to trace time deviation of the actual arrival of drivers from the plan and to update the diagram of gate already at a stage of primary contact with the driver.

After pilot implementation of an electronic queue in a logoparka of Bykovo (RTs "Yuniveg-2"), project implementation in RTs "Altufyevo" gave an opportunity of detailed control of process of acceptance with receiving detailed analytics.

Partial integration of master data from the information systems X5 Retail Group into the database of an electronic queue Neuroniq is carried out. It helped to create the points of control of plan-fact indicators which were absent earlier.
