1C: Client of e-document flow 8

1C: The client of e-document flow 8 - to software it is intended for the organization of electronic document management (EDO).

Program "1C: The client of e-document flow 8" is developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Exchange of electronic documents is possible through operators of electronic document management of the invoices authorized by 1C Company and/or directly between the enterprises.

Use of software helps:

• accelerate process of a design and document handling in the company,
• reduce manual entry and reduce quantity of errors on the host party,
• reduce costs for supplies and delivery services of correspondence,
• it is essential to raise an exchange rate documents between the enterprises.

Program "1C: The client of e-document flow 8" provides an opportunity to quickly begin e-document flow, using exchange of electronic documents with partners as it is autonomous, and in interaction with the accounting system. The program is focused on a small amount of electronic documents in a month.

Functionality of the program

• receiving a new key of the electronic signature (through service "1C: Signature");
• connection of the organization to e-document flow;
• sending invitations to electronic exchange to the partners;
• autonomous creation of primary documents (TORG-12, the Act of the performed works, the Act on assignment of rights) and invoices, also corrections and adjustments on them in the formats corresponding to the current legislation;
• sending electronic documents to the partner;
• acceptance of electronic documents from the partner and viewing their contents;
• signing of the electronic document electronic signature or its deviation;
• control of stages of passing of e-document flow with partners;
• exchange of any electronic documents (for example, Agreement or Reconciliation statement);
• storage of electronic documents.

Application "1C: The client of e-document flow 8" will allow to refuse exchange with partners of documents in paper form in parts or in full.

In the program settings of parameters of exchange with each partner separately (if necessary it is possible to detail to "The agreement of the partner") are conducted, the statuses of connection in the automatic mode are traced. To start exchange with the partner it is necessary to send it the invitation to exchange and to get approval from its party. All work with invitations is also performed in the program in Current affairs.

The ability to integrate with the external accounting system is provided in the program.

In the program manual analysis of data on the received electronic documents is provided in the Reflect in Accounting group. If tuning with the accounting system is performed, then it is possible to write data from the electronic document in the accounting system at once. If there is no such connection or the electronic document does not require recognition, then he can just be moved away from the list still of the unprocessed incoming documents.

All electronic documents automatically get to Archive of electronic documents where they can be found using different selections.

Any electronic document can be browsed in a type, clear for the user, to redirect for consideration to responsible, to print or save on a disk for providing in external instances. Right there is an opportunity to fill out the cover sheet to the partner which will be transferred to the party of the receiver, or to leave the comment for the staff of the company.

Service functions

The program allows to perform tuning of backup in option, clear for the user. Also the user can start search of the last updates of the program and automatic installation after their receiving from resources of 1C Company. It allows to work to the user always in the current version of the program.
