FTS bought nearly 150 thousand licenses for the Russian antiviruses

On August 16, 2016 the Federal Tax Service concluded the government contract with Elvis-Plus company on delivery of 147.7 thousand licenses for antiviruses.

Let's remind that the corresponding auction with the starting price of 56.9 million rubles was placed on the portal of state procurements on June 27, 2016^[1]. In documentation with reference to requirements of government decree No. 1236 it was forbidden admission to an auction of foreign solutions. For example, anti-virus products from Dr.Web or Kaspersky Lab could meet conditions of the customer.

FTS selected the supplier of domestic antiviruses

The IBS Examination company also participated in an auction in addition to Elvis-Plus. The cost of requests of the companies was identical (56.6 million rub), however the application of IBS was submitted later therefore the victory in purchase got Elvis-Plus.

According to the contract the customer will obtain over 147 thousand annual licenses for anti-virus solutions of Kaspersky Total Security for Russian Edition business. Each license will cost 383 rubles. Delivery date - 60 days from the date of signing of the contract, at the same time the period of action of licenses is determined from December 16, 2016 to December 15, 2017.

Antivirus software is required to FTS for prevention of infection of information resources with program viruses and for providing a license software maintenance.

In addition to delivery of products to the validity period of licenses stated above the contractor will be obliged to provide support of software: provide updates and new versions, provide consultations in Russian by the certified specialists in all territory of the Russian Federation round the clock without holidays and days off by phone, e-mail and on the Internet.
