Rosneft will pay Sibinteka of 750 million rubles for support of SAP

At the end of June, 2016 Rosneft carried out intra group purchase^[1] of maintenance services of information systems of SAP. The starting price of the contract calculated on two years was 753 million rubles. At this price it will be signed with Sibintek company which was the only procurement participant.

Before this Rosneft company assigned the rights to implementation of functions of executive body IT - "daughters" -"RN-inform". It since the beginning of 2016 is engaged in IT project management of Rosneft according to the signed agreement.

Rosneft needs maintenance of corporate systems based on SAP ERP

The list of services which need to be rendered to Rosneft within the agreement includes user support of corporate information systems based on SAP ERP, ensuring technology processes of information solutions based on this software, maintenance of the systems of SAP.

Also carrying out extra scheduled works on corporate systems based on SAP ERP is a part of services: instructing of users, trainings, rendering service in the territory of the customer, watch in excess of the plan.

Solutions based on a SAP software which need to be accompanied include the systems of consolidation of financial statements, management of fixed assets, financial templates, accounting and the reporting, the consolidated statements, corporate property, control and the analysis of activity of the company, providing with material resources, accounting of personnel and payroll, tax accounting and the reporting and others.

In November, 2015 Rosneft acquired rights to use of a SAP software and service in its support with a total amount of 1.559 billion rubles, having held four corresponding competitions.
