The module of system control of WatchDog-USB 2.0 (WD-U2.0) is intended for continuous control of operation of any computer / server by timely detection of fatal failures in operation of the computer and the operating system with the subsequent automatic restart of the computer. Automatic restart is performed by formation of a pulse signal which influences parallel to the computer RESET button. WatchDog-USB works on USB at the speed of 12 Mbps (Full speed).
WD-U is applied to any RS which require the increased fault tolerance and automatic recovery of working capacity:
- will exclude influence on the computer of network noises and electromagnetic aimings on industrial facilities
- will help with a case of failure of bank payment terminals
- will automatically reboot the "hung-up" server.
