On June 27, 2016 the TOPS Consulting company announced project completion of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the benefit of the Federal center of project financing (FTsPF, Group of VEB).
Project Results
Introduction of uniform standards on planning and project management allows to consolidate information on each client and stages of interaction of all members of project teams. With implementation of CRM heads of divisions of the customer had an opportunity to control project work using the configured process of approval of transitions between project stages, to control dynamics of changes by means of monitoring panels.
In a system it is possible to calculate relative financial performance on the project, to fix observance of planned dates of passing of each stage or lack of communications in the set normative terms. At any time the project manager can unload the analytical report with tables and charts and to see, each participant of process how effectively worked. In addition the special module allowing to spend a full stroke of project work with participation of employees on the separate portal out of the CRM system is developed for FTsPF that significantly facilitates work of geographically distributed project teams, providing an information access from any point at any time.
A new system allows us to use the best world and Russian management practice by projects for increase in efficiency of our business. The choice of the platform and the contractor was based on opportunities of expansion of a system under any requirements and on the most perspective offers which were present at the market. |
For short term – 3 months – we created absolutely new mechanisms of work with partners together with the customer. Thanks to the implemented analytical and summary reporting the company had an opportunity in real time in qualitative and quantitative indices to estimate the probability of successful project closure, efficiency of both a project team, and each participant separately. "Core" which can be developed further is as a result created, automating the most foreground processes. |
