For the National Payment Card System billing is developed for Mir payment system

At the beginning of 2016 JSC National Payment Card System (NPCS) and AT Consulting company announced the project billing of the Mir payment system (PS). The solution based on Open Source provides the automated calculation of the commissions on rates for participating banks and provides to users tools for efficiency analysis of processes and adjustment of data.

Billing connects among themselves sources (the systems of authorizations, reserve authorizations, etc.) and receivers of data (an accounting system, clearing, EDMS). With sources experts of AT Consulting developed data marts which provide aggregation and preparation of information for interaction. In the most billing system settlement processes of the commissions and data transmission for systems receivers are implemented.

Thus, in billing preparation of the basic and consolidated reports notifications for participants of PS "World" is implemented. Besides, data preparation for invoices, acts of the performed works and other documents is executed. These data are transferred to the systems of clearing and accounting where there is already direct preparation of documents for participants of PS "World".

The solution provides calculation of day, week, monthly and quarter billing cycles. Users can carry out unloading of data on calculations for the preliminary analysis and adjust the commissions in the automated or manual mode in case of need. Also such functional units as the reference book of rates and the calendar of billing are developed for convenience of users.

The project of national payment system of the Russian Federation started in 2014. The joint command of NSCP and AT Consulting began work on billing of PS "World" in October, 2015. For development the technology stack of different products based on the open source (OS) was selected. In commercial operation a system is implemented on March 31, 2016.
