Energy Siberian company (ESKO) (1C: Accounting)

Cooperation with 1C: April Software proceeds since 2009. To the company of the Customer it is assisted in maintaining operational, accounting and tax accounting, setup of synchronization between the distributed information bases 1C (RIB). RIB allow to obtain daily information from all databases in central where the chief accountant and the head digging see the broad picture of sales.

Due to the core activity of Energy Siberian Company LLC company account of activity is kept in the PTK program of gas station and in parallel the same data were entered by accountants in manual in base 1C: Accounting. At the request of the staff of the company of the Customer specialists of the automation department of 1C: April Software processing which allowed to load data from the file of the PTK program of gas station was written and in the automatic mode to create the similar documents "Goods and Service Receipt", "Sales of goods and services" in base 1C: Accounting 8. Also within this task automatic creation of partners from data of the file was added. External processings were written and user training on work in a new system is provided. At the expense of the solution of this task conducting double work as the staff of Energy Siberian Company LLC was excluded.

Implementations of the 1C: Trade Management software product in branch of the company of the Customer, writing of external reports in 1C: Accounting 8 is planned. By forces of 1C specialists: April Software is spent regular updating of databases and consultation of users on work in software products.
