Etton: System management of construction projects

On the basis of the analysis of problems in construction area, experts of Etton company created a project management information system. The solution answers key questions: at what stage there is a project how to hand over an object in time even if schedules are moved up whether the budget, and others is observed.

The project management system provides contact between participants of construction and also displays a situation on the project. The BIM server collects information from the different systems, structures it and brings into a uniform form. As a result it becomes clear that brick No. 1 of the contractor is same No. 1 a brick which is specified in the estimate, the work and project documentation. The universality of a system is that it covers all stages - from a stage of passing of tender before commissioning of the object.

A common information space allows participants of process to define staging and a stage of construction. Proceeding from the term set by the customer, other participants of process create own diagrams for accomplishment of an assigned task. A system monitors cash gaps in financing, controls project costs and an overexpenditure of means at idle times. Instructions and tasks of new minutes of meetings are entered to the diagram and displayed in real time. Suppliers of materials and the equipment make work plans, having access to the general diagram of construction. Also the solution quickly monitors execution of estimates, the changes in price and project stages. The product reveals critical indicators and predicts their influence on implementation of all project.
