The RT-Himkompozit holding (enters into structure of Russian Technologies State Corporation) mastered technology of the automated thermohardening of products of glazing for different industries.

Implementation of technology of thermohardening of products of glazing became possible thanks to commissioning of the line of tempering of production of Erdmann Enterprises Deutschland GmbH company. Thanks to the had opportunities the range of the heat-strenghtened glass in the range of thickness from 3.0 to 19.0 mm is expanded.

"Start of the equipment allowed to increase performance of process of air tempering of glass by 6-8 times as installation is capable to carry out processing of bigger quantity of products for one fabrication cycle and also to increase product quality. Work on hardware upgrade will be continued. This year we are going to put into operation the magnetron vacuum unit for drawing conducting coverings and the new grinding polishing machine that will significantly increase performance of process of production of the electrowarmed products of glass and their quality", - the CEO of RT-Himkompozit Holding noted [Shubsky Kirill]].

The large-size heat-strenghtened glass is produced, mainly, for the aviation and ship-building industries now. Perspective scope of application is the construction industry.
