"Digital television" transferred approval of agreements to Directum

"Digital television (TsTV)" — the joint project of VGTRK and Rostelecom. Under the Digital television brand thematic channels of informative, children's, film and entertaining subject are joint. A common information space was required to build the companies and to arrange work with contractual documents, to make it more transparent. The management made a choice for benefit of Directum according to the results of demonstration of a system with the implemented scenario of work on requests for creation of the agreement.

The project on automation of approval of contractual documents started in December, 2015. Specialists of TsTV performed a considerable part of works on implementation independently. The staff of Directum, in turn, provided training, gave methodical support and executed modifications of a system at the request of the customer.

The first stage of the project was completed at the end of May, 2016, the automated and flexibly configured process of approval of contractual documents became its result. Now participants of approval are found automatically depending on terms of the contract. At the same time each approving has an opportunity to involve in consideration of the document of necessary users, and approval probability without participation of key staff and heads is reduced to zero, told in Directum.

Owing to specifics of structure of divisions of TsTV group it was required to configure an order of interaction of approving, relying not only on an organization structure, but also on functions of users in a system. The approval matrix based on the functional principle was as a result developed. Within a matrix flexibly customized system of tasks and notifications for each stage of approval of documents is implemented.

Process of work with agreements also includes a stage of the publication of documents on the portal of state procurements. Data on the publication are reflected in an agreement card, and employees can monitor timeliness and correctness of fulfillment of requirements in the field of public procurements.

At the moment in the Directum system more than 50 employees work. Divisions of three organizations and one separate division participate in approval of agreements.
