Medical information and analytical and GBUZS MIALTS laboratory center of Sevastopol

Uosudarstvennoye budgetary institution of health care of Sevastopol "Medical information and analytical and laboratory center" (in abbreviated form - GBUZS MIALTS) was created in December, 2014.

Primary activity of GBUZS MIALTS is rendering services for the purpose of ensuring implementation of stipulated by the legislation powers of the Russian Federation in the field of health care.

Main objective - formation of the unified information system of health care of the city of Sevastopol by the organization based on the modern computer technologies of a cross-industry information collection system, processing, storage and submission of the medico-statistical information providing dynamic assessment of the state of health and information support of decision making, directed to its improvement.

Main objectives:

• Organizational and methodical guide to formation of a uniform information and analytical system of health care of Sevastopol, creation and maintenance of software packages and automated systems of accounting of activity and management of health care;
• Coordination of activity of service of medical statistics of health facilities of Sevastopol and medical statistical support of governing bodies of health care;
• Formation and support of the state and industry statistical reporting;
• Analysis of medico-statistical information on the state of health of the population and health care of Sevastopol;
• Increase in efficiency of use of information infrastructure of health care;
• Ensuring reliability of data in medical documentation;
• Implementation of new technologies of collecting and processing of medico-statistical information;
• Security of automated information systems of management of health care of Sevastopol.
