In the spring of 2016 the Bristol company signed the agreement on strategic partnership with EME company which subject were plans for automation of all warehouses of Bristol LLC in Russia.

Within this agreement the first automates the distribution center in Nizhny Novgorod. It is a new modern warehouse complex of class A+, more than 12,000 sq.m on which the round-the-clock operation mode is organized.

Despite enormous amount of works, the project is implemented for very short term. Time from the beginning of writing of terms of reference before start of a system in a warehouse – two months. So quick start took place Bristol thanks to professionalism of staff of EME and competent work of a project team.

Between the warehouse EME.WMS ALKO system and a corporate system of 1C integration was carried out. The EME internal standard using SQL BD was used. Application of the uniform standard allowed to configure quickly integration between systems that is a key condition for high-quality and rapid implementation. Integration of a warehouse system into the module UTM for the Unified State Automated Information System on the protocols drafted by specialists of EME is also configured. All data necessary for work with the Unified State Automated Information System will be transmitted through EME.WMS and this system will broadcast them in 1C.

Thanks to the effective technique of training developed went Bristol to EME, training of employees less, than in two weeks. About 120 storekeepers, 20 operators, administrators of EME.WMS and analytics of a warehouse were trained. All employees easily acquired the studied material and passed a testing certification.

Since the beginning of month the warehouse comes to the planned amounts. Now specialists of EME give first technical support on site.
