Soyuztransservice (EME WMS)

At the beginning of April, 2013 automation of the new platform of the company the Union the Trance Service in the city settlement of Bykovo of the Moscow region based on the EME.WMS 3.5 system ended. This warehouse services the large company, one of divisions of PepsiCo, the producer of ready-made products of a power supply Wimm-Bill-Dann.

In a warehouse rack and floor storage in the covered heated premises of 15 thousand pallets is organized (10 thousand racks, 5 thousand floor placement). The warehouse works round the clock. At start of the EME.WMS system arrangement a pallet was only floor. Further racks on a half of a warehouse were set. Employees could not make new topology of a warehouse without additional intervention of programmers from EME.

During goods acceptance a system automatically rasstanavlivat goods in a rack or floor storage. It gives the chance to accelerate this process without the slightest intervention of the person.

Selection and shipment of goods is performed by different parameters, including expiration dates.

Interface to a corporate ERP system was not. Arrival is made upon. Orders are entered via the file in the CSV format. Confirmation of arrival/leaving of goods to the ERP system is not transferred. For comparison of a remaining balance made the special report of MH-20: using which are verified a drain of STS and PepsiCo.

For work on the project Intermec CK3 data collection terminals with a 2D imidzhskaner allowing to read out both linear, and two-dimensional barcodes are used.

System implementation occurred in the allotted terms. The project startup passed under control of staff of EME. After system implementation, in a warehouse the resort and loss of goods was significantly reduced. The warehouse had an opportunity to monitor all movements of goods, to control work of employees. Tasks of automation of a warehouse are carried completely out.
