NCG CAM

NCG CAM is the full-function solution for modeling high-speed 3-5 coordinate processings and creations of managing programs for CNC machines.

NCG CAM helps to model processing of difficult surfaces of compression molds, stamps and other parts of the industrial equipment, using the filled-up library of tools and the built-in tools for post-processors.

NCG CAM is the software product with the independent user interface. It provides to multi-CAD support. Using NCG CAM, technologists can directly work with 3D models of parts and assemblies created in a different CAD, receiving a trajectory of the movement of the tool directly on the basis of parametrical 3D models with full save of associativity.

Such opportunities expand scope of a technique of concurrent engineering, product quality as a result increases, the production cycle is reduced and cost value of an end product decreases.

2016: NCG CAM v.15.0

On June 21, 2016 the NCG CAM Solutions company announced release of the 15th version of the product NCG CAM.

As a part of this version functionality:

• additional options for UV milling;
• the card of adjustment contains the page of tools now;
• 5-axial roughing;
• possibility of use of fungal mills for Tee grooves in 5-axial processing;
• the user interface is improved.
