REP Holding made shipment of six compressors of PPM 425/76 for Gazprom dobycha Yamburg LLC within the project for development of the Polar oil-gas condensate field. The equipment is manufactured and successfully passed tests on the production site of Holding – the Nevsky plant.
Compressor units are designed using the latest technologies. So, in construction of a replaceable flowing part of PPM "dry" gasdynamic consolidations and also the system of active magnetic suspension are used. This technical solution allows to exclude mechanical friction at rotation of a rotor and, as a result, considerably to increase reliability of the unit.
PPMs 425/76 will work as a part of GPA-16 at the booster compressor station (BCS) on section of complex preparation of gas of trade 3C. The equipment is intended for pressure increment of natural gas for the purpose of its giving in the main gas pipeline.
Until the end of the current year REP Holding will manufacture seven more compressors of this model for the Polar OGCF. The equipment will be installed on DKS of gas field 2C.
