E-com of Elot

The E-Com company providing services of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) under the EXite trademark started in the summer of 2016 service based on the Exite-Evolution platform — sending the electronic reporting to the departmental bodies ("Elot"). The solution is developed, first of all, for users of the platform who will be able directly to submit from the personal account reporting data to the Federal Tax Service, the Pension fund, Social insurance fund and Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) now.

"Thanks to it in a single system of access for the user of Exite-Evolution all complex of solutions of provider — from exchange of EDI messages with partners, verification of financing of deliveries and service of certificates before transfer of reporting documents in regulatory authorities quarterly is organized" — the Elot project manager Yaroslav Yershov reported.

The feature of the solution, according to Yershov, is that control of service is exercised literally in three clicks. At first through a personal account unloading of the document in the XML format is made, signing is performed by the strengthened qualified electronic signature (SQES). Further service automatically performs check and gives detailed information on all introduced errors. And based on sending the status of the movement of the report and detailing in appropriate section of the menu of service is traced.

Thus, sending the reporting becomes simple and convenient that allows to reduce costs and to provide the continuity of business processes, specified in E-Com.
