In July, 2016 the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation (UIMC) entering into Rostec provided the miniature Raydget SlimBox V computer. It was shown within the international industrial Innoprom-2016 exhibition (on July 11-14, Yekaterinburg).
The innovation developed together with the Russian company "Network Technologies" has the hardware and software system "Sobol" of version 3.0.9. Thanks to the specialized module of a trusted boot the minicomputer received the increased level of protection against unauthorized access and secret removal of data.
Raydget is based on completely Russian circuitry solutions and equipped with the powerful processor with the built-in graphics. Mass-dimensional characteristics of the system unit are considerably reduced due to optimization of solutions and implementation of some functions at the level of the software, but not separate blocks in construction, unlike traditional computers, says a MIC. |
Weighing about 200 grams of Raydget SlimBox V has the sizes of 145 x 77 x 16 mm that approximately corresponds to dimensions of modern smartphones. At the same time the gadget as developers note, differs in performance and opportunities comparable to desktops.
