2016

The film actor Alexey Lemar (Gavrilov), the contractor of a role of Gosha in series University and Sashatan on TNT TV channel, acquired 5% of shares (5,000 pieces). The share block of the IT company was purchased at Alexander Seryogin, the founder and the majority shareholder of "The designer of empires".

Alexey Lemar (Gavrilov) is elected the vice president of PJSC Konstruktor Imperiy. At this position he supervises development of key activities of the company. In particular, sales departments, marketing, strategic development, the investment attraction and creation of new products will be under its supervision.

As the vice president of "The designer of empires", Alexey Lemar (Gavrilov) will also receive in trust management 20% of shares of the IT company, including a 5% packet purchased at Alexander Seryogin.

2012

The Prevy project of the company, "EasyWork24", was founded in December, 2012 by Oleg Tolstykh. After systematic development and system testing, the official site of the project was started, in January, 2014 the decision on PJSC Konstruktor Imperiy organization was made. EasyWork24 system assessment for the amount exceeding 1 billion rubles is made.
