On July 2, 2016 the Positive-IT company announced the project on implementation of an automated system of budgeting in retail network of perfumery and L' ЭТУАЛЬ cosmetics.
Project Tasks
The L'etual company decided to optimize costs for budgeting process automation: pass from the import Cognos software product to Russian.
In 2015 in the company implemented the BIT software product. Finance regarding an accounting subsystem according to IFRS. Having counted annual economy on costs on technical support of the Russian product in comparison with import, financial managers of the company affirmed as the solution.
Project Progress
The project was charged by Positive-IT companies – to the contractor of the previous project on automation of accounting according to IFRS.
Project Results
In a project deliverable the customer got all advantages of maintaining two accounting systems (IFRS and budgeting, managerial by a technique) in one base: use of uniform reference books warns problems with separate NSI and significantly reduces costs for support of exchanges in case of use of separate accounting bases. The costs for annual technical support are expected are reduced: licensing of BIT. Finance does not provide an annual payment for licenses.
