Niineftepromkhim

JSC Research Institute in Oil-field Chemistry is the scientific-industrial complex working at the market of Russia since 1978.

The company is engaged in development of technologies of increase in oil recovery of layers and industrial production of the chemical products applied at oil production. Products of the enterprise are used in Russia and the CIS and correspond to the level of requirements imposed by the markets of oil-field services growing Russian and foreign.

For 2016, over 150 types of chemical products and technologies of institute are successfully used in 5 regions of Russia and 7 CIS countries. Annually supply rates of JSC Niineftepromkhim are more than 14 thousand tons of ready-made products of chemical industry.

History

1992: Renaming into Niineftepromkhim

1992 - Vnipineftepromkhim was renamed into Niineftepromkhim. With disintegration of the Soviet Union consolidation Soyuzneftepromkhim did not sustain new economic conditions. As a result Niinefepromkhim (former Vnipineftepromkhim) went to independent "swimming". And unlike many industry institutes of the country it managed to adapt to new market conditions, having saved the activities, personnel structure and traditions.

1985: Import substitution of 70% of oil-field chemistry

Very narrow range was first made. After a line of deemulgator extended. Vnipineftepromkhim was created as the organization for complex chemicalixation. The task consisted in service of the whole field and complex providing it with oil-field chemistry.

In 1981 the system of admission of chemical products for application in oil production was developed and implemented that in fact was a prototype of a system of certification.

Using in practice it was very difficult in those days: if the oil-producing enterprise already worked with any reagent, to persuade him to replace deemulgator was almost unreal. But specialists did not lower a hand, and went through the whole country: tested new chemistry, fulfilled the modes, a dosage, operation algorithms with it. As a result in the mid-eighties Vnipineftepromkhim drove out of the market already about 70% of import of oil-field chemistry.

By 1985 the harmonious system of chemicalixation of technology processes in the oil industry which included program and target planning and management of works on chemicalixation, research and development, productive and implementation activity is created.

1978: Formation of NPO Soyuzneftepromkhim

In the 1970th years Russia experienced pressure of various embargoes: on pipes, on grain, etc. the Ministry of oil industry was seriously concerned by imposition of an embargo on deemulgator. Generally they were delivered two German and one Japanese by the companies, small lots were bought in the USA. Settle these producers among themselves severe conditions of delivery – both production and oil refining on the scale of the Union would stop.

All oil industry of the Soviet Union used at that time import chemical reagents. With their help oil was extracted, fought against paraffin, salts and we designate. In those days deemulgator entered so-called "hundred part" — one hundred strategic products without which functioning of economy of the USSR was impossible in principle. All oil industry workers had even their stock on a case of emergence of unforeseen situations.

In order to avoid economic accident the Kremlin strictly sets the purpose of creation of the most effective reagents in most short time. And they should not just be created, but also to implement on oil fields. The workshop of deemulgator at that time was already constructed based on software "Organic synthesis". It was necessary to create research and production structure for development, production and implementation of domestic chemistry. As would tell today, for the purpose of import substitution.

February 24, 1978. The order of the Ministry of oil industry of the USSR formed scientific production association on chemicalixation of processes of oil production Soyuzneftepromkhim.

With creation of consolidation the right system of the organization of works was developed only: from development of reagent — before its implementation.

Were a part of NPO Soyuzneftepromkhim: institute (as head structural unit of NGO), production capacities (OPU-8, OPU-30, Urussinsky experienced chemical plant) and 5 Territorial production Departments (TPD) responsible for implementation of reagents and PNP technologies in oil industry of the USSR. Each TPU included bases of acceptance of storage of chemical reagents, well equipped laboratories, special equipment and skilled staff numbering 1000-1100 people in everyone.
