ALROSA organized a multimedia complex in a conference room

On July 5, 2016 the press service of BELTEL integrator announced project completion of creation of a multimedia system in a conference room of management personnel of JSC ALROSA in the city of Mirnom (the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic^[1].

Project Tasks

The conference room of the administrative building of JSC ALROSA is used for holding different conferences, seminars and meetings with divisions of the company. For holding such actions it was decided to create the multimedia complex allowing to receive qualitative audio / video a maintenance and support of different forms of individual and collective work of the hall.

BELTEL company became system integrator of the project.

The contractor set the task - to create the multimedia system meeting the highest requirements and functionality for BELTEL:

• information display of high resolution in excellent quality using optimum picked up means of display;
• multiwindow information output from diverse sources on the fixed and supportive applications of display;
• ability to manage presentation operator of a system;
• organization of sessions of a video conferencing and teleconferences;
• sound amplification of the speech and audio of sources;
• documentation of the events held in the hall and creation of a system of electronic archive;
• convenient management of a complex via the uniform intuitive interface.

Project Results

Assigned tasks are resolved. In structure of a complex introduced the system of synchronous translation on two languages.

As a basic element of information display the videowall from twelve LG 55 LCD displays ″ in configuration 4×3 is installed. The high-quality image with large volumes of various information can be output, and to all area of the screen, and in the multiwindow mode. For comfortable perception of information by all attendees in the hall use of supportive applications as a part of two LG 55 LED displays ″ on ceiling fastenings is provided.

The ceiling Extron speaker system is used.

As a part of a complex eight subsystems. A basic element of information display - the videowall from 12 LCD displays.

The full-function control of the equipment of a multimedia system is executed by the managing Crestron controller. Management of all systems of the hall is centralized by means of the customized interface from attendant workstation or the tablet.
