On July 6, 2016 1C Company announced an implementation project of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 in IT infrastructure of Dignity Storz company. The project is implemented by BDO Solutions company.
Project Tasks
In shops of the company about 8 thousand names of the food cooling and alcoholic drinks, tobacco products and other goods are on sale. For effective activity "A dignity storz" it is necessary to manage effectively the range of outlets, to timely plan purchases, to control a goods remaining balance in shops and in a warehouse, to quickly service buyers.
The management "A dignity storz" made the decision on implementation of an end-to-end information system by means of which the standing tasks were qualitatively and quickly resolved. As the partner in implementation invited BDO Solutions company.
Project Progress
Specialists of BDO Solutions company automated network of grocery stores "Dignity Storz" at petrol filling stations of the Gulf brand, in Georgia.
Project Results
The system created on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 platform helped with the organization of purchases of products, optimization of assortment management, quality improvement of service of buyers.
The guide of the customer had an opportunity in real time to control activity of each outlet. As a result the network showed the 20% growth of sales volume.
For July 6, 2016 in a system 40 shops "Dignity Storz" work.
Work on formation of the range is optimized. Managers had an opportunity to analyze demand both on outlets, and on separate descriptions of goods. Service quality of buyers increased. The workplace of the cashier is automated that allows to train quickly personnel and to quickly service clients.
For July, 2016 at petrol filling stations process of opening of shops continues and gradually the quantity of the automated jobs grows.
Implementation of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 allowed to optimize the organization of internal processes, to increase competitive advantages and to improve efficiency of each separate shop. A system daily provides the management of up-to-date data about work of each of 40 shops. Timely acquired information, allows to react flexibly to changes of the sales demand and to make strategically important decisions for ensuring profitability of the enterprise. |
