The Komsomolsk-on-Amur city archive digitized more than 900 cases. Specialists of ELAR corporation scanned 65,000 pages, indexing of documents is carried out and the PDF book is created. Affairs are digitized for ensuring safety and increase in the accessibility to them from users of organization.

"Documents of permanent storage life which are also given the status especially valuable are transferred to an electronic form, - the associate director of Municipal archive authority "Komsomolsk-on-Amur City Archive" Natalya Smirnova tells. – These are the managerial documents necessary for procedures of execution of social and legal requests of users, for example, property right confirmations".
