Assystem prepared 3DExperience for design of nuclear facilities

On July 7, 2016 the Dassault Systèmes company and Assystem company announced cooperation increase which was extended to the sector of design of nuclear facilities. At the heart of arrangements platform 3DExperience.

Project Tasks

Cooperation is directed to improvement of management processes and increase in operational indicators of difficult engineering projects due to use of digital technologies.

According to the plan, the division of energy and infrastructure projects of the company Assystem will implement the platform Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE for creation of an information system and the engineering tasks in the field of design of nuclear power stations, for the purpose of support of processes of management of engineering data, control of the project documentation, purchases, management of programs and instruments of selection of resources.

Dassault Systèmes will use this cooperation for refining of determination of separate tasks and requirements of the enterprises of nuclear power. The gained knowledge can be used for development of industry solutions on platform 3DEXPERIENCE that will help to carry out digital transformation of processes and methodologies, to increase efficiency and to optimize the got experience for owners and operators of nuclear power stations.

Lifecycle of the nuclear power stations and assets similar on scale contains for 50 years.
