SAM Baseline Review is assessment of a status of control and management of program assets (software asset management - SAM).

Stages SAM Baseline Review:

The condition of processes of SAM is estimated on 10 key parameters (KPI) and compared to model of optimization SAM (SAM Optimization Model, SOM). Level of effective management of program assets and licenses is defined.

• Summing up, recommendations about improvement of a status of SAM.
