On July 11, 2016 the Oberon company announced implementation of the hardware and software system Nice Engage by request of B&N Bank B&N Bank[1].
Project Task
Expansion of a circle of clients and partners of bank imposes requirements to infrastructure of call center of the company. At the end of 2015 there was a need to increase the license capacity of a recording system and quality control of Nice. Based on an open competition the project of Oberon company was selected.
Project Progress
Within upgrade the operating uniform architecture was changed to semi-distributed and implemented Nice Engage 6.3, according to the contractor - the first implementation in Russia.
Physical servers transferred to the virtual VMware platform, provided with it flexibility, convenience of operation and vozmozhnostm to further upgrade. Use of clusters for principal components of a system provided additional reliability.
Project Results
Transition to the upgraded platform consisted of several stages, including the user testing. Final migration took two days off.
