"Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" organized a class of distance learning of employees

On July 12, 2016 the DeLight 2000 company announced the project of equipment by the audiovisual equipment of an educational class of FAU "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia".

Project Tasks

FAU "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" carries out expertize of all large objects under construction in Russia. The management of department set the task - by means of IT technologies to transform activity of Glavgosekspertiza to more customer-oriented bed and to reduce terms of conducting verification of the arriving documentation. One of composed for the solution of a task – operational training of specialists in regions.

At numerous design institutes through the whole country the great number of experts who constantly should be aware of all changes of a regulatory framework in the field of design works, own skills of work with modern software tools.

For this purpose in department made the decision on implementation of methods of distance learning of specialists of organization and creation in Moscow of the educational class equipped with the equipment for holding sessions of a video conferencing.

Project Progress

Specialists of DeLight 2000 designed and implemented the equipment as a part of which the system of a video conferencing, information display, a soundtrack, management and switching. In the project the equipment of Polycom, Samsung, Extron, etc. is used.

Project Results

The experts in the field of construction working in regions can gain knowledge, improve skills and exchange experience remotely. Teachers can hold seminars and lectures in Moscow, saving time and funds for business trips in branches of "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia".

Since September 1, 2016 Glavgosekspertiza of Russia, and since January 1, 2017 other expert organizations are obliged to render public services only electronically. So far the electronic form of submission of documents will be obligatory only for those objects which financing is performed with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget. At the same time it is possible to file to Glavgosekspertiza documents electronically already now. In return, Glavgosekspertiza of Russia renders to both applicants, and the regional expert organizations the methodical help with the questions connected with transition to implementation of state examination electronically. So, in the first half of the year 2016 Glavgosekspertiza of Russia held 8 seminars for applicants whose participants were more than 1000 people.
