BIT. Superservice - mobile application for the staff of service companies.

Software solution BIT. Superservice for effective management of work of service engineers of the companies which are engaged in service, technical support, etc. software helps to accelerate reaction to requests and to increase quality of service.

Main characteristics of BIT. Superservice:

  • allows to plan and control accomplishment of requests;
  • simply and quickly is implemented due to flexible configuration;
  • it is integrated with a 1C system;
  • is suitable for the companies of different scale;
  • has the intuitive interface.

Functionality

At the heart of the solution three basic processes in work of the sales agent:

  • A planned visit — a visit which was planned by the supervisor
  • An unplanned visit — a visit which the sales representative can make in addition to planned visits
  • The order — the order in outlet which is usually taken by phone.

Each of processes has the sequence of steps, usual for the sales agent:

  • Choice of outlet
  • Analysis / change of parameters of outlet
  • Accomplishment of tasks in outlet
  • Filling of the questionnaire
  • Removal of a remaining balance of goods in outlet
  • Order of goods
  • End of the visit

Command center service The module allows to plan and manage work of mobile employees:

  • plan visits, create tasks and questionnaires for polls;
  • control movement and results of work.

    • Creation of requests for repair taking into account urgency and importance, the text description of works.

  • Workplace of the coordinator

    • the Mechanism of planning of loading of employees using the card.

  • Reports on results of work

    • Analysis of results of work with the help of various reports.

2016: In bits.Superservice the functionality of Pay-Me works

On July 12, 2016 The First BIT company announced the beginning of partnership with service of mobile acquiring Pay-Me. The companies using the BIT applications. The superspy and bits.Superservice for exit employees, will be able to accept cashless payments in outlet that will reduce losses of clients on average to 30%.

The module Pay-Me allows to pay in bank cards from the BIT applications. Superservice and BIT. Superspy. Payments are accepted via the compact mPOS-terminal which contacts applications on Bluetooth. Then data on transaction automatically come to 1C base by means of integration of services of First BIT into software products of 1C. A set of transactions takes less than a minute.

Cashless payment is essential competitive advantage for business. Now, as a rule, services suggest to carry out prepayment via the website or to pay with cash on site. It, of course, is convenient not to all. Some consumers can select service proceeding from whether payment by the card on site is possible. According to us, the company can lose up to 32% of clients if it does not accept the card.
