Cement Northwest (1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the construction organization)

In Cement Northwest company  the implementation project of an end-to-end information system on a basis "1C:Enterprise 8 is complete. Management of the construction organization". Implementation was performed  by Crucial element company [1] (file). The construction organization "Cement Northwest" belongs to the Chinese company Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute and is created especially for project implementation on construction of cement works.

According to the contractor, development and deployment of an information system was conducted on stages according to functional subsystems and current demands in accounting, in terms from May to September, 2008 (the company announced the beginning of the project at the end of July). Within the project examination of business processes of the customer was conducted, recommendations about maintaining the main reference books of a system are developed, user training is organized and also  consultations of users at a stage of trial operation are held, the technical support at accomplishment of procedural operations on closing of the period is organized.

So far, according to the customer,  in commercial operation there are following subsystems: fixed asset accounting, accounting of the VAT, cash management, management of settlement with partners, the cost accounting, accounting of income and expenses, calculation and accounting of income tax, payroll, management of monetary settlings with personnel, registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure, accounting and tax accounting, planning and management of construction projects, formation of the regulated reporting.
