2017: The monitoring system of painting cameras is automated

On January 16, 2017 the KRUG company announced commissioning of an automated system of monitoring of painting cameras of JSC Penztyazhpromarmatura.

Project Results

System implementation allowed to bring technology process of painting of products into accord with requirements of regulating documents of JSC Transneft.

Within the project of NPF KRUG executed delivery corporate and the application software, commissioning and complex approbation of a system.

Basic functions of a system

• Collecting, archiving and representation on an automated workplace of the operator of information on a condition of equipment and process parameters of painting
• Control of values of temperature and humidity with fixing of their exit for the set borders at all stages of carrying out technology process
• Control of duration of transactions of drying of products
• Formation of the protocol of observance of regulations of technology process
• Formation of the protocol of violations of production schedules at non-compliance with technical process with indication of date/time and a type of violation
• Formation by the operator master of temperature conditions for process of drying of new types of paint and varnish coatings.

The monitoring system controls a complex from three painting cameras.

2016

On July 12, 2016 the KRUG company announced the project of upgrade of the software of the test stand of the Penztyazhpromarmatura plant.

Project Tasks

The test stand is put into operation in 2013. The stand is intended for carrying out tests of shutoff valves by diameter of DN700 – DN1400 under the pressure up to 240 kg/cm ². Due to the change of requirements to carrying out tests, there was a need for adjustment of the software of the stand for fulfillment of requirements on compliance of the regulating documentation of JSC Transneft.

At the Penztyazhpromarmatura plant, (2015)

Main Functions

• The automated accomplishment of 10 tests of shutoff valves with the required environment
• Collecting, archiving and representation on a panel of the operator of information on a status of parameters of accomplishment of tests
• Control of values of pressure and volume of a leakage with fixing of their exit for the set borders on the executed tests
• Formation of the check enclosed to the passport of a product and confirming observance of regulations of carrying out testing of shutoff valves.

Specific Features

• Accomplishment of the required sequence of tests depending on type of the tested shutoff valves: ball valve or latch gate
• Possibility of accomplishment of any test set.

Project Results

The KRUG scientific and production firm carried out adjustment of the software of the test stand of shutoff valves of BO 2CV/3500 of the Penztyazhpromarmatura plant. Commissioning and complex approbation of the stand are carried out.
