On July 13, 2016 the Orange Business Services company announced contract signature with Merck company. The agreement purpose - implementation of network of the customer company integrating 200 offices promoting its transition to the upgraded digital space.
Project Tasks
The contract Merck and Orange Business Services - continuation of the existing relationship. As a part of the complete solution the global computer network (WAN), the system of optimization of network traffic on the basis of Riverbed technology, management of local networks (LAN), service of remote access, regional access points in the Internet and service for audio conferences.

Project Progress
Orange redesigned a global network of Merck, having implemented the technologies of optimization based on the managed Enterprise Application Management service based on Riverbed. The equipment Riverbed SteelHead CX is used for performance improvement of all applications, including set locally, cloud and the SaaS-application, in all networks (MPLS, virtual private networks and the Internet). Thus the performance improvement, optimization and consolidation necessary for support of the growing number of users, devices and new points is reached.
