On July 13, 2016 the Terrasoft company announced project completion of automation of consideration of requests for the loan guarantee by means of Bpm'online CRM system in Fund business development supports Lady.
Project Tasks
The main activity of fund - assistance to development of small and medium business in Kazakhstan using financial instruments and programs for development of competences. The structure of fund includes 16 branches and service centers of entrepreneurs of fund, to the remote villages the specialized mobile centers of consultations leave[1].
Terms, optimal on regulations of fund, for making decision on issue of a guarantee — 5–10 days depending on the amount of the request. To reduce time, without increasing risks for Lady, the management made the decision to completely automate this process.
Guarantees Lady are the Kazakhstan's first service of the state support which can be received via the portal of the electronic government that big advantage already in itself. Every day we receive applications from entrepreneurs with the business ideas and projects which allow to develop economy of our country. If we undertake to help them, then this help should come to the shortest terms to give the chance in time to implement the project. Only then we can say with confidence that we execute the mission. |
Project Results
"Lady" put the bpm'online system into operation on March 24, 2016. And till May using bpm’online the fund could solve three main objectives:
- the possibility of giving and tracking of the request for a guarantee online is implemented. Transparency of process – from hit of the request from the portal in bpm’online before its final vising – bpm’online CRM system provides.
- the number of errors is minimized during the work with documents and client data. Once the entered information is automatically tightened in all documents which are created in bpm’online.
- the term of consideration of the request was reduced to 5 days. By means of simple tools of analytics in a system it is possible to browse information on the speed of consideration of requests at any moment, to reveal and affect the moments which slow down process.
