"Pole" implemented the automation system of purchases

On July 18, 2016 the CMD-Soft company announced implementation in Polyus company of technology for holding purchasing actions "CMD-Soft: Purchase management based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM".

Project Tasks

The project was preceded by the tender for the choice of the IT partner for creation of a system of IT support of purchasing activity. For participation in it invited the leading developers of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

As a result the winner of the tender selected CMD-Soft company.

Project Progress

At the first stage specialists CMD-Soft implemented a pilot project with complete functionality of the solution "CMD-Soft: Purchase management based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM".

At the second stage works on scaling and upgrade of the solution within which the service for loading of offers by suppliers via the specialized website was created began. In the same place the supplier can specify data on the company which in the automatic mode will be loaded and processed by a system. As a result of end of the second stage of works connected regional divisions to a system and it was accepted in operation. For July 18, 2016 the unified information system supports the coordinated work of 200 employees participating in preparation and to holding procurement procedures of all divisions of logistics of Pole.

Within approbation specialists of PJSC Polyus analyzed efficiency of operation of a system and conducted preparation of business units for work with a system. At the same time specialists CMD-Soft prepared operational documentation for independent support of a system by the staff of Polyus.

Project Results

The created solution is brought into experienced and production operation in the corporate center PJSC Polyus.

Our company only in the corporate center carries out more than 500 procurement procedures a year for several tens of billions of rubles that requires hard work of the divisions which are responsible for logistics. The solution developed and implemented jointly with specialists CMD-Soft will provide effective job management of the employees who are engaged to purchases. The project was difficult at least owing to requirements of implementation of the first stage in the three-months time and delivery of a system in operation according to tough standards of PJSC Polyus. It is necessary to tell that the project success to a large extent is based on productive interaction with colleagues from Polyus. In my opinion, an opportunity to create really interesting solution was performed in many respects thanks to participation in the project of representatives of the business customer Andrey Danilin and Evgeny Istomin and also the staff of project office and Zhanna Stroyevskaya, Vasily Dolgov, Nikolay Sazonov and Victor Mitrofanov's IT department. Not less significant help of the colleague was rendered at delivery of a system in operation when it was required to organize interactions with divisions.
